Supreme Court takes up challenge to voting rights act
The Supreme Court is set to hear arguments this week regarding a clause in the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that requires states to get Federal approval to change or enact new voting laws. Lehigh University Professor James Peterson and Partner at Akin Gump, Patricia Ann Millett join MSNBC’s Alex Witt to discuss the case.
