Wall Street ethics in question
Goldman Sachs executive director Greg Smith publicly resigned through a New York Times op-ed on Wednesday, saying his departure was part due to the “toxic and destructive” environment at the firm. MSNBC political analyst Ezra Klein fills in for Chris Hayes, and is joined by Occupy the SEC’s Alexis Goldstein, former Wall Street banker William Cohan, The New Republic’s Noam Scheiber, and Columbia University’s John McWhorter, to discuss the culture of megabanks.
