Unemployed have most to fear from fiscal debate failure

Ezra Klein describes the unnecessary cruelty of the abrupt ending of unemployment benefits that will happen as a result of failed fiscal negotiations with the added insult of hurting the economy to make it even harder for the unemployed to find work.
