Sanford back to campaign trail after 'Appalachian Trail' detour

Rachel Maddow reports that former South Carolina governor Mark Sanford has announced he will run for the House seat being vacated by Rep. Tim Scott, who is being appointed to the senate to replace the departing Jim DeMint.
