President Clinton, DOMA, and the living, breathing Constitution
President Bill Clinton, who signed the Defense of Marriage Act into law in 1996, wrote an op-ed pushing for the law to be overturned and calling it unconstitutional. If the Supreme Court were to overturn DOMA, it wouldn't be the first time laws have been overruled because times have changed. MSNBC's Ezra Klein talks with NPR legal correspondent Nina Totenberg about the likelihood of DOMA being overturned.
