South Carolina’s congressional race heats up

Former South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford attempts to win voter empathy in his bid for a South Carolina congressional seat but faces 18 other contenders in the primary including Elizabeth Colbert Busch, sister of Comedy Central’s Stephen Colbert. Dick Harpootlian, chairman of the SC Democratic party, joins Lawrence O'Donnell to discuss Sanford's chances.
