White House compromises on contraception coverage

Today the Obama Administration released new guidelines for contraception coverage under the Affordable Care Act. The new rules exempt religious employers covering birth control, still provides a way for insured women to get free birth control. MSNBC's Ezra Klein discusses how these new rules would work with Washington Post health reporter, Sarah Kliff.
