Republicans cave quickly on the debt ceiling

The House Republican leadership introduced a bill today that would "suspend" the debt limit until mid-May. But does it have the votes to pass? MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell discusses with Rep. Mo Brooks, R-Ala., who says he will not vote for Boehner's bill. Economist Jared Bernstein also joins.
