Sandy victims still wait for relief after 72 days

In his state address today, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie expressed frustration that the House only voted on a partial Sandy relief bill - not the entire $60 billion package, before the close of the 112th Congress. MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell talks to Ari Melber about Christie’s frustration.
