Chris Christie continues to position himself for 2016

Gov. Chris Christie, who is not yet running for president, but who is running for re-election as governor of New Jersey, started running against House Republicans yesterday, after the failure to get Sandy relief to a vote in the House. MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell discusses with The Washington Post’s Jonathan Capehart.
