Hoping the President was in a bi-partisan mood, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie visited the White House to seek more aid for the Hurricane Sandy recovery. But it happened on the same day he vetoed a bill that would integrate a state-run health insurance exchange under Obamacare. MSNBC's Alex Wagner breaks it down with former DNC Chairman Howard Dean.
