Staten Island assemblyman reacts to President Obama's visit

More than two weeks after Sandy ravaged parts of New York and New Jersey, families are still recovering. President Obama visited one of the hardest hit areas: Staten Island. MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell talks with New York Assemblyman Michael Cusik, who represents Staten Island, about rebuilding the borough.
