Ninety million Americans are expected to sit out of the 2012 presidential election. Academy Award-winning filmmaker and activist Michael Moore working to convince at least 1 million of them to vote on Tuesday. MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell talks to Michael Moore about the possible consequences of a Romney presidency and his hopes for a second Obama term.
