Detroit asks for more time

Detroit city officials asked state authorities for more time before appointing an emergency manager to oversee the city's finances.  Detroit would be the sixth city in Michigan to be run by a state-appointed emergency manager. Ed Schultz talks with James Hoffa, general President of the Teamsters.
