Subway co-founder: Regulations, Obamacare hurt business

Subway co-founder Fred Deluca told CNBC that regulations are hurting businesses and that he wouldn't have been able to start Subway under today's regulations. Deluca also called Obamacare his franchisee's "biggest concern." Ed Schultz explains why regulations and employee benefits are good for business.
