Another GOP governor rejects state-run exchange

New Jersey governor Chris Christie became just the latest Republican governor to reject a state-run health insurance exchange, a key component to the Affordable Care Act. Instead, New Jersey's exchange will be run by the federal government. Ed Schultz talks with former Governor Howard Dean about the implications of Christie's move, and how federal-run exchanges might actually be a good thing for states.
