Hundreds of fast food workers walked off the job Thursday in New York City. The industry is dominated by women in their late 20's and early 30's. Ed Schultz explains what these workers want and why their demands might seem more reasonable in light of new data on company profits, and talks with labor reporter Sarah Jaffe.
