Exclusive: Football player slams lawmaker over marriage equality
After Baltimore Ravens linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo came out in support of gay marriage, Maryland State Delegate Emmett Burns, Jr. wrote to the owner of the Baltimore Ravens, saying the team should “inhibit such expressions” from their players. Minnesota Vikings punter Chris Kluwe wrote a letter to Mr. Burns slamming the lawmaker for his comments, and it has social media on fire. Chris Cluwe joins Ed Schultz to discuss why he is speaking out in favor of free speech and marriage equality.
