Mitt Romney talks about President Barack Obama's "gifts" to donors. Although MSNBC is uncertain exactly when this call took place, the Romney campaign released the following statement: "Governor Romney was simply elaborating on what (Obama seniorstrategist) David Axelrod had said about the Obama campaign's effort to target key demographics, most specifically, women."
