Is affirmative action helping or hurting?
The Supreme Court is set to rule on affirmative action on Wednesday in the Abigail Fisher case. In preparation of this ruling, The Cycle is joined by UCLA Law professor Richard Sander and Harvard Law Review editor Stuart Taylor Jr., co-authors of “Mismatch,” which posits that affirmative action actually hurts those students that it seeks to help.
