Midnight Run: 'This is to stabilize our family'

15 percent of Americans like James Dougherty and Jessica Postma, rely on food stamps, a government program now called "SNAP," to feed themselves and their family. By the end of the month James and Jessica are out of food, so when their SNAP account is credited on the 1st of the month at midnight, they are at Walmart for late-night grocery shopping.  Rock Center's Kate Snow reports.
