No war on women? Walker’s actions say otherwise

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker recently slashed funding for Planned Parenthood in his state, while other legislative moves have been taken against abortion in Alabama, Arkansas, and North Dakota. Rev. Al Sharpton explains.
