Trump sues Maher over birther joke

When Donald Trump went after the president’s academic record days before the election, in an attempt to stir up the birther base, comedian Bill Maher made a joke about Trump’s parentage. Now Trump is suing Maher for 5 million dollars. Joe Madison and Dana Milbank weigh in.
