40 years later, support grows for Roe v. Wade

Tuesday marks 40 years ago that the Supreme Court established abortion as a woman’s Constitutional right. 70 percent now saw the law should not be overturned, the highest percentage ever. Yet more states are restricting women’s access to abortion services. Rep. Jackie Spear, D-Calif., and Diane Dervis, owner of the only remaining Mississippi abortion clinic, join Rev. Al Sharpton.
