GOP recruits men to explain how to talk to women

The Republican retreat in Williamsburg wrapped up with a seminar called “A discussion on Successful Communication with Minorities and Women”. Instead of reaching out to women and minorities, the seminar was led by three white men. Dana Milbank of the Washington Post and Democratic strategist Margie Omero discuss whether Republicans really think they can win women over with just talk rather than policy change.
