White House gun plan to include background checks, assault ban
On Wednesday, President Obama will present a plan for changes in gun laws that will include a push for universal background checks, and a ban on high capacity ammunition magazines and assault weapons. Rep. John Larson, D-Conn., discusses the president’s plan.
