President asks VP Biden to lead gun task force

President Obama announced Thursday that Vice President Biden will  oversee a new effort to reform gun laws. Obama also ordered that there be results by the end of next month so the issue doesn’t fade away. Rep. Barney Frank and Rev. Al Sharpton discuss whether this attempt at reform will be different.
