Sandy stumble: GOP dissension after no vote on aid

The NOW panel discusses the recent fallout from top GOP lawmakers over relief aid for Superstorm Sandy victims. On New Year's Day, House Speaker Boehner stopped a vote on $60B in relief, and Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey and Rep. Pete King of New York criticized the move.
