President Obama is touring areas of Staten Island, New York that were heavily impacted by Superstorm Sandy. NYC Deputy Mayor Howard Wolfson and author Lizz Winstead discuss the city's recovery efforts and if the Obama administration, in a second term, will begin to tackle the issue of global warming.
