British first lady the new Michelle Obama?

Britain doesn’t have a president, but the country does have a first lady, of sorts. Comparisons are being made between Samantha Cameron, the prime minister’s wife, and America’s first lady, Michelle Obama. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports from London.
