>> go to youtube and search and see the fake ads. the mad tv bit from a few years ago is absolutely hysterical, and not in a good way if you're apple. you've just got to wonder about the name and consider also as we sit here and knock this name around. fujitsu claims it owns the trademark, if somebody wants to own it to begin with. they are fighting to maintain ownership of this. i bet we see a settlement if not a court case fighting over ipad. who would have thought. it's definitely an issue. it's definitely getting a lot of attention. apple already has a steep enough climb ahead of it to try to turn a tablet device into something that you need versus something that you want, now you couple that with the naming kind of stuff, it's going to be on apple to turn this technology into something so spectacular we sort of give them a free pass on ipad and start looking at this as a real opportunity. you're bringing up what everybody is talking about today.
