Scarborough on Hagel: He wasn’t prepared in a lot of ways
Top talker: MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough comments on former Sen. Chuck Hagel’s confirmation hearing, saying the GOP shouldn’t have badgered the former senator but he was “weak” and ill-prepared to handle the questioning. Richard Haas also said that Hagel’s performance wasn’t strong and NBC’s Andrea Mitchell also points out key moments from the tense hearing that may hurt Hagel’s confirmation process.
