Rep. Cole: Behind-the-scenes negotiations haven't worked

Rep. Tom Cole, R-Okla., joins Morning Joe to discuss the latest in the fiscal cliff negotiations. Cole said earlier in December he believes a middle class tax cut would pass in the House, and he said Congress should have dealt with revenue earlier.
