Will Boehner cut a deal after the cliff happens?

NBC’s Chuck Todd talks about House Speaker John Boehner’s missed opportunities working on the fiscal cliff  because he has chosen to concentrate on  his proposed Plan B. The panel warns that if compromise isn’t reach it will promote disunity in the GOP.   Politico’s Jonathan Martin then joins the conversation to share details from his new e-book, “The End of the Line.”
