Lawmaker defends proposal to tie welfare benefits to children’s grades

Martin Bashir challenges Senator Stacey Campfield, R-Tenn., on his controversial proposal to penalize the families of low-performing students by cutting federal assistance. Bashir also asks about other controversial comments by the lawmaker, such as comparing homosexuality to bestiality, and his belief on the possible origin of the HIV virus.
