Sen. Blumenthal: Restrict high capacity magazines
Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., responded to the tragedy in Newtown, saying it’s time to start a national conversation about gun control and he wants to begin by restricting high capacity magazines, among other measures. Blumenthal expressed his agreement with Sen. Joe Lieberman that there is a window of opportunity.
