Rep. Price: Obama is 'holding out for a non-solution'

Congressman Tom Price, R-Ga., says part of the problem with the fiscal cliff deal is that President Barack Obama is holding out for a non-solution. Price would not rule out revenue, depending on what the whole package is – but did say taxes should not increase for the top 2% of Americans.  Dana Milbank and Susan Page also join the discussion.
