Is ‘change’ good? The movement to dump the dollar bill

The General Accounting Office released a study that found eliminating the dollar bill, in favor of a dollar coin-would save $4.4 billion dollars over thirty years but critics say the numbers don’t add up. Slate’s Matthew Yglesias discusses.
