Rep. Van Hollen: We're not close to a deal

Rep. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., says Congress and President Barack Obama have not worked out the framework for a deal. He rejected the Politico report that provided specific numbers including a deal with $1.2 trillion in revenue and insisted it’s better to get a deal than go over the so-called “fiscal cliff” but said he is not in favor of raising the age for Medicare.  Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus and National Journal’s Chris Frates discuss.
