Controversial film Zero Dark Thirty sparks Senate investigation

The movie about the hunt for Osama bin Laden, Zero Dark Thirty, has racked up both Oscar buzz and criticism for its depiction of torture. Now the Senate is investigating whether the CIA provided misinformation to the filmmakers. Former White House counterterrorism official Roger Cressy and David Corn of Mother Jones join guest host Michael Smerconish.
