House approves part of Sandy relief after sharp criticism

The House voted to approve 9.7 billion, but not before a number of frustrated Congressmen said it was about time. The bill still has plenty of critics on the right. Barney Keller, Communications Director for the Club for Growth, and MSNBC contributor Ron Reagan weigh in.
